Terms of Service

ScaleFlow provides Meta advertising management for service businesses. The specific deliverables, scope, and timelines for your account are defined in your individual client agreement.

Advertising results vary. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, budget, offer, sales follow-up, and Meta's own platform changes. Past results, including any examples shown on this site, do not guarantee future performance.

Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to Meta from your own ad account.

Services run month to month. Either party may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle begins. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

You agree to provide timely access to your ad accounts, pages, and pixels, accurate business information, and any approvals we need to launch or adjust campaigns. Delays on these can affect results and timelines.

Ad creative produced specifically for you belongs to you once payment for that period is made. Our internal processes, frameworks, templates, and systems remain our property.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous month.
